We Care About Your Privacy
Our goal is to be the standout kitchen company in Australia. To help us achieve this, we base all our business decisions on a set of Core Values. These values are:
- We care for our customers before, during and after the sale.
- We ensure quality, excellence and continuous improvement in all we do.
- We display honesty, integrity and compassion in all we do.
- We encourage and support our people to be the best they can.
- We are environmentally aware and responsible.
As an integral part of our business we must, from time to time, obtain personal particulars about our customers so that we can supply and support our products.
We only collect personal information that is necessary for one or more of our business functions such as the supply, installation and maintenance of our products.
We ensure that we do not use intrusive techniques to obtain personal data and we advise our customers that we may record and store the information they provide us.
This information is used solely for valid business purposes and is never disclosed to any third party without both the knowledge and prior written consent of the customer. Failure to collect personal information from our customers would mean that we could not supply, install or support our products.
Information on customers is almost always obtained direct from the customer. There are times however when we may seek information from a third party, such as when an application for credit needs to be approved. If information is obtained from a third party it is never passed on to anyone else and is only used for the purpose for which it was obtained.
Use and Disclosure
Personal customer data is used to ensure that we are able to supply, install and support our products. From time to time we may also advise customers of special offers on our products.
Information will never be passed to any third party without the knowledge and prior written consent of the customer.
We will make every reasonable attempt to ensure that the data we obtain from customers is kept up to date, accurate and complete. If customers become aware that their data is incomplete or inaccurate they should notify us immediately and we will take corrective action.
Data obtained from customers will be stored electronically on our computer systems. The computer systems are protected by strong hardware and software security in line with recommendations from experts in this area.
This security ensures that only those people who need the information to carry out their normal duties will have authorised access. Once the information is no longer required for our business purposes we will destroy the information in such a manner that it is not recoverable.
In addition, upon receipt of a properly authorised written request from a customer, we may make available to that person, details of the type of information we hold in relation to them. There may be a charge for this service.
If the customer indicates that there are any inaccuracies in their personal data we will take reasonable steps to correct such inaccuracies.
Under no circumstances will we ever use, as our own identifiers, such things as Tax File Numbers and other identifiers assigned by Commonwealth agencies or service providers.
Individuals may have the right to anonymity where it is lawful and practicable, but generally, customers need to be identified for supply and warranty purposes.

We will not disclose any personal customer information to people in a foreign country unless the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the customer and our company.
Sensitive information includes such things as bank-account details, tax-file numbers, salary details and the like.
We will not collect sensitive information from you unless you consent, or the law requires it.
